How we clean it
Cleaner first, then the right pressure.

Soft wash treatment
A cleaner that kills moss and algae goes on at low pressure. The black streaks on roofs are algae.

Lift the moss
Thick moss is lifted off by hand. There is no high pressure, which would strip shingle granules or crack tiles.

Gentle rinse
A low-pressure rinse finishes the job. Any dead growth left behind washes away with the next few rains.
