How we clean it
Cleaner first, then the right pressure.

Wood cleaner first
A wood-safe cleaner goes on and loosens the gray layer and mildew, so the water does the gentle part.

Low pressure
Wood gets low pressure with a wide fan tip, worked along the grain. High pressure would fur and splinter the boards.

Brighten and rinse
A wood brightener evens out the color, then a soft rinse. The wood needs a couple of dry days after.
